These Terms of Service apply to the website and online store operated by Alison Louise Scott trading as RØN Collection, ABN 51 786 376 232 (“RØN”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Our online store is powered by Shopify.
By accessing our website, creating an account or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Legal & Health Notice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable Australian law.
1. Use of Our Website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
If you are under 18, you should use this website and make purchases with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Some products may have specific age restrictions, safety warnings or suitability requirements. These requirements must be followed.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to us, including your contact, billing and delivery details, is accurate and current.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login information.
2. Our Products
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on screens, lighting, photography and device settings.
Product packaging, colours, formulations, specifications and other details may occasionally change, particularly for products manufactured by third parties.
Where safety, ingredient, allergen, dosage, storage or usage information appears on the physical product, you should always read and follow that information before use.
We may change, discontinue or limit products or quantities from time to time.
Third-party product names, trademarks and branding remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Orders
When you place an order with RØN, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
An order is accepted once we confirm acceptance and successfully process payment.
We may reasonably decline or cancel an order because of circumstances including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment problems or circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Once processing or fulfilment has commenced, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.
Your rights relating to returns, faulty products, refunds and exchanges are described in our Refund & Returns Policy and are subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian store are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Where GST is applicable, displayed consumer prices include GST unless clearly stated otherwise.
Shipping and other applicable charges will be displayed during checkout where appropriate.
Prices and promotions may change from time to time. Changes will not ordinarily affect orders that have already been accepted.
If an obvious pricing or listing error is identified before an order has been fulfilled, we may contact you to offer the product at the correct price or cancel the affected item and provide a refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times provided on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery delays may occur because of carriers, suppliers, severe weather, natural disasters or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Some products may be dispatched or fulfilled by third-party suppliers. These products may have different processing and delivery times.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
Please contact us if an order is substantially delayed, damaged during delivery or does not arrive.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Returns, Faulty Goods and Consumer Guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
These rights are separate from any voluntary change-of-mind return policy offered by RØN.
Consumer guarantees may not apply where a problem has been caused by misuse, abnormal use, unauthorised modification or failure to follow reasonable product instructions.
If you believe a product supplied by RØN is faulty, defective, damaged, unsafe or significantly different from its description, please contact us directly.
We may communicate with a manufacturer or supplier to assist in resolving an issue, but this does not remove any obligations RØN may have as the retailer under Australian law.
7. Exercise, Health and Supplement Information
Information provided by RØN concerning exercise, fitness, recovery, nutrition, supplements, lifestyle or wellbeing is provided for general information and educational purposes only.
It is not intended to constitute medical advice, personalised exercise advice, nutritional advice, physiotherapy advice or other professional health advice.
It should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Exercise and physical activity carry inherent risks. Exercise equipment must be used in accordance with applicable instructions and warnings.
Supplements and nutritional products must be used in accordance with their labels, directions, warnings and applicable age restrictions.

Nothing in our Legal & Health Notice or these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Exercise Equipment and Product Safety
Resistance bands, loops, boards, straps and other exercise equipment should be inspected before use and used only for their intended purpose.
Customers should follow all supplied safety instructions and warnings and discontinue use of equipment that appears worn, damaged or defective.
Equipment requiring an anchor point must be attached only to an appropriate, stable and secure anchor.
Exercise equipment should not be modified or used in a manner for which it was not designed.
If you believe a product is defective or unsafe, stop using it immediately and contact RØN.
9. Product Misuse
Customers are responsible for using products reasonably and in accordance with supplied instructions and warnings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RØN is not responsible for injury, loss or damage resulting from circumstances including:
- intentional or unreasonable misuse of a product;
- failure to follow supplied instructions or safety warnings;
- continued use of visibly worn or damaged equipment;
- use of an unsuitable or insecure anchor point;
- unauthorised modification of equipment;
- use of inappropriate resistance or loading; or
- use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.
This section does not exclude responsibility for defective or unsafe products, negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Children and Teenagers
Where exercise equipment is used by a child or teenager, appropriate supervision should be provided having regard to their age, ability and experience.
Young people should focus on correct technique, controlled movement and gradual progression rather than excessive resistance or maximum loads.
Supplements should not automatically be assumed to be suitable for children or teenagers. Product labels, manufacturer instructions, warnings and age restrictions must always be followed.
Where appropriate, advice should be obtained from a qualified health professional.
11. Third-Party Products
RØN may sell products manufactured by third-party brands.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, RØN does not manufacture these third-party branded products.
Product information may be provided by the relevant manufacturer or supplier. Manufacturers may occasionally change formulations, packaging, specifications or instructions.
Customers should therefore read the information provided on the physical product before use.
Where you purchase a third-party branded product directly from RØN, your Australian Consumer Law rights in relation to RØN as the retailer are not affected simply because another business manufactured the product.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to websites, services or content operated by third parties.
We do not control independent third-party websites and are not responsible for transactions that you independently enter into with another business after leaving our website.
You should review the terms, privacy practices and product information of third-party websites before using them or making a purchase.
13. Relationship With Shopify
RØN Collection is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services to you.
Purchases made through the RØN Collection store are transactions between you and RØN Collection and not between you and Shopify.
Shopify may collect and process certain information in connection with providing its ecommerce platform and related services.
Your use of Shopify-related services may also be subject to applicable Shopify terms and privacy policies.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers required to operate our website, process payments, fulfil orders and provide related services.

15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, RØN names, logos, branding, photographs, graphics, written content, training resources, website designs and other original material are owned by or licensed to RØN Collection.
You may access this material for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, republish or commercially exploit RØN intellectual property without our prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks, brand names, product images and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Reviews and Customer Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial or other content to RØN for publication, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
You grant RØN permission to reproduce and display content that you expressly submit for publication or promotional use.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, obscene or that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
Testimonials and customer experiences represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will achieve the same health, fitness, performance or wellbeing result.

Occasionally our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping charges, delivery estimates or other information.
We may correct genuine errors and update information when they are identified.
Where an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and, where appropriate, allow you to proceed on the corrected terms or receive a refund.

- any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law;
- liability for negligence where that liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
- liability relating to defective or unsafe products where it cannot lawfully be excluded; or
- any other statutory right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RØN is not responsible for loss, damage or injury resulting from unreasonable misuse of a product, failure to follow instructions or warnings, unauthorised modification of a product or other conduct outside the reasonable control or responsibility of RØN.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, website or applicable laws.
The current version will be published on this website with an updated revision date.
Unless required by law or agreed with you, changes made after an order has been accepted will not retrospectively change the material terms applying to that order.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the extent required by law.
The remaining provisions will continue to operate where legally possible.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and applicable Commonwealth legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights available to them under applicable law.
